Second Opinion or Solution: If you having hard time with the current contractor or designer, we can advise you a proper solutions. Second opinion is important for your peace of mind and confirmation to the diagnosis or a different solution.

End of Consultation: We will give you a sketch of the layout discussed, recommendation of sorts, including a rough advise for the price or cost involved. We will also provide you the supplier or service contact for any info required.

Personal Side Note:

One of the problems in Malaysia is that, overall, we are still unappreciated of good design that actually improves our lifestyle and our general good health. For example, do you know why some sometime L-sofa doesn't work for your living room when a bean bag will provide you the same comfort but a better feeling space. Or that the small window in your bathroom should be left open most of the time to reduce the dampness and maintain cleanliness.

Hopefully, what I'm doing here will be able to uplift the Malaysian living space and introduce good space design to all layers of community.

Any problem you have, if its within my knowledge, i will provide you the advice for the correct and most efficient direction (or the most atas solution if thats for you) solution for you to execute.
